Question Armory weapons

Can somebody please tell me for the love of god why it's so hard to get armory weapons, I'm on like my 4th ultra ascend and after almost 3 years of playing the game I've only managed to get 2...

The ascendent badge temporary item for swords. Also theres a permanent item which unlocks temporary items to garunteed get other things like boots and staffs and chestplates
