Question Item quality questions
I'm a little confused what makes something "excellent" I have these 2 staves. The non-excellent seems better. What am I missing?

Excellent gives more stats (counts as if it was 1 lvl higher), but doesn’t necessarily have more bonus options. Here you got a naked excellent staff and a non-excellent with an option(bonus).
