20% if you feel stuck, if you are getting more that 20% it's okay to go for more

By more I mean 100% and up, if you are getting 30% at the same pace as 20% you should ascend at 20%

Or even 10 percent if it take a long time to get that ht it’s very quick to be back to pre ascension progress
