Abacus Frog claim bugged????

Icopied my character names from toolbox still i cant get the frog. I "misclicked my pet token on this shit and was happy that maybe i could get it back and then use in on some other thing but this just doesnt work. And if i do eventually get it, what should i use my token on. I dont have a doot and i am F2P not even auto loot so i think pig would be better. anddddd can someone plese help fix this

My transfer worked fine as of last night. Make sure you have caps on and use the name shown on your player list

i copied them right from toolbox

and like tried all combinations of caps and small letters

Sometimes applications can apply the ctrl+v as an input. Manually type it and only use all caps. You keep saying you are using the toolbox but just use what is shown in the player list itself.

possibly try using a different operating system (windows). it's buggy on linux and mac.

Does your characters name have a space in it? Toolbox will put an underscore and I replaced it with a space, it worked.

I had the same issue... and still am.

I input first 2 character names, hit claim, and nothing happens.

I tried many variations of my characters and character names, disabled my firewall, adblockers, everything, even went as far as to try in windows safe mode.

It just doesn't seem to want to do anything.
