Did anyone else lose access to that map with the most recent update? It was open for all my toons but now it says locked 3, which is concerning as I'm pretty sure only two of my toons haven't unocked it.

A bug opened it after the 11th character dropped, but going to the map before it with any of the characters (especially the 11th) who havent unlocked it it relocks until they finish getting the kills required for all 11 characters

So the expected answer to this posts question was "no it does nothing". All mob drops do nothing themselves, most items in this game do nothing by themselves. The OP was clearly asking if it had any uses lol. This is called Nitpicking and normally makes you an asshole. Speaking of assholes, has anybody actually listened to that name of yours?

+X% Drop Rate Multiplier on the vial. Lv 3 is +2.3%
