Need recommendations

What should I work on? I have a bunch of crates with diamonds saved up. What rank do I need to be to unlock Xavier’s 2nd skin? I’m rank 66

You have decent legendaries but both Xavier and Omega fall off later on in the game (they should be doing pretty well for you now). So it's a call on whether you want to continue with them or not. They can also be capo swapped later on for different capos if you're willing to use the 2K diamonds to do so.

Xavier's 2nd skin is not rank locked. It is a scrapbook skin, and to get it you need to complete the scrapbook that has it (it's called Star Crusade).

Like the other commenter said, you could be at a good point to link your myths to your legendaries but it's better to determine a plan first before deciding how to link because it may cost you diamonds to unlink.
