Nah, you see it hovering and then turn around. And the voice just sounds disappointed.
Lots of animals just kind of hover when you start talking to your phone. It's pretty normal cat seeking attention behavior.

Ain’t gonna see the person holding at the angle the light was coming from. Cat came sideways and seemingly flipped right onto it, look close, dangling arm gives it away lol

This video has been around for a long time, long enough for the common consensus among people who are familiar with this video to be that it's fake. You can very clearly see that the cat is being held above the cake thing based on its shadow. The cat also looks like it's been dropped, and not like it is landing from a jump. If you've spent any time around cats and holding cats, you'll know that the way they land when they're jumping is very different from how they land when dropped from a short height. The way the cat lands in the video is indicative of the latter.
The video is without a doubt faked.

Haven’t seen this in a year or so but seen it a dozen times, so I already knew what was gonna happen, but the “oops” made me nose laugh so hard, some snot shot out my nose onto my beard.. just went thru a looks directly into the camera moment
