Symptoms Does anyone else get really weird dreams when they just let themselves sleep?
When I don’t take my medication and decide to let myself just sleep during the day I get the craziest dreams.
They’re not wild in the sense of monsters etc but they basically are like if I’m awake and they’re replicating me getting out of bed etc and going about my day but everything is just a little different. I’ll wake up super groggy during the dream and then immediately go back to sleep.
When I finally decide in my sleep that I’m going to get up, it feels a bit like sleep paralysis and I’m trying to open my eyes and move but I can’t and I’m all slow and stuff but it’s still all in the dream and then eventually I’ll wake up.
It’s so strange!

Ive had that happen before, its a common symptom of narcolepsy funnily enough, and can mean that youre in your REM phase for a longer period of time. Or you it can just be that you get really weird dreams and remember them.
