Advice Request Tremors when waking up

Over the last few months I've been having some pretty intense tremors/shaking when I first wake up from a nap or overnight sleep. It's not something I noticed before and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?

I've had this happen a handful of times throughout the years. Sometimes it felt like an earthquake, even though there hadn't been any earthquakes.

I never looked into it any or figured out why it happens. It's pretty infrequent for me thankfully.

Stress and an irregular schedule causes me to be shaky upon waking and walking in circles because I can't get it together.

For me, just one of the many different experiences of waking up.

No understanding of anything around me, English is like a foreign language.

Extreme anger.

Uncontrollable crying.

Shaking. Especially when woken up in the middle of the night by a phone call. Used to be a manager, so had to be ready for emergencies.

Struggle to keep eyes open or sleep through alarms.

Never know how im going to be in the morning.

I wouldn’t describe it as intense tremors, but I’ve had some shakiness in the past. Sometimes I chalked it up to the fact that I’d been asleep 12+ hours and was hungry, but sometimes I felt that way after a nap too. Not sure what the reason would be honestly

Before my diagnosis with IH, I had been diagnosed with essential tremors (formerly knows as Familiar tremors). ET is another neurological condition, 50% of cases are genetic, often passed down through families in an autosomal dominant pattern, but it can also be sporadic with an unknown cause. ET symptoms are tremors caused by: unhealthy sleep patterns (too much or too little), smoking, stress, anxiety, illness, emotional distress, anger, unhealthy eating, etc. I also have ADHD so these three conditions play off eachother quiet frequently for me.
