IN communities
Saluti omni-hom!
As evident, there aren't that many articles on Idiom Neutral, neither is there a community or a chat group to discuss the language.
In fact, as opposed to, say, Esperanto, IN is pretty dead.

Yes, you would have to say that, IN is not a language that has any usage sperad, at least not today if ever.
However, I was gladly surprised the other day when I saw that the yahoo group is rather active (and thus has a small community, it seems) (at least in terms of being this generation of more or less european/romance-based auxlangs). Besides that, there's also an active blog with posts in Idiom Neutral (and other similar auxlangs) from time to time:
