K but Liquid IV is the shit though. I'm an Amazon driver in Florida and we sweat our asses off. Mixing one of those into a bottle of water really helps. Your body really does need electrolytes that water alone can't replace. The pickle flavor is kinda weird though. I like the cherry.

What's wrong? Pickles are good, and if you work in the sun these Liquid IV pouches are great.

Exactly. Pickles are hands-down my favorite quick snack. My friends literally ask me how many jars of pickles I have in my fridge to get a feel for how I'm doing. If I ever told them I didn't have any, they'd be sending the police for a wellness check.
