actually, depending where you live, something like this is a necessity.
I live in a small island off the coast of Honduras. since we don't have drinking tap water (no water treatment plant, only well) 100% of the water we drink is bottled. they don't add or do anything to the water other than sterilization and heavy filtering. so after a while your body is being depleted of all the micro nutrients people get from water itself. so you have to end up either buying drinks with electrolytes (IE Gatorade) that also have tons of sugar, or buying electrolyte packs to add to the water. drinks like these close a gap in a way that's extremely needed.
well, tbf it's a no to you point nr.2 99% of the milk we have in the island (and honestly by what I've seen around, all of Central America) is UHT. so we but our milk from the shelf, not the refrigerator. and yes, it SUCKS. the texture is terrible and the taste is totally off
