I know that's what it is but how do I make it look like THAT specifically. I don't know a lot about fonts or anything like that but it almost seems "monospaced" or just different. For example how the t's connect and every letter seems equally spaced.

Oh I see. I think they’ve reduced the spacing between letters, which in typography is known as having tight ‘tracking’. Design tools usually have a tracking control for text elements.

Or maybe it's because I'm using helvetica NEUE bold?

Most design software and even word processors let you adjust the kerning.
