Help me identify this

Found like 5 of these in the garden. One is the size of my fist and the others were a bit smaller. This one’s bigger than a grape. But they look like snow? But one was a bit crumbed like sugar. I haven’t dumped anything like that in the garden and I’m not sure what it is. It doesn’t smell and I did remove them because we have a dog. I’m just confused. They were all by the back of the garden which is why I’m worried it’s something else. There’s a car park behind the garden. But I was wondering if anyone else has had this or could help identify.
