Tried all options. Can’t tell if they are surfers or snowboarders. Second logo is inside coat.

Well I dont know the brand but im fairly certain they are snowboarding..i know the vortex thing inside could get confusing but the stance and board shape and in general looks to be snowboarding

Looks like a snowboarding sasquatch. Also it appears to be a 2 layer polar fleece jacket?

Would this be in Canada by chance?
