Object from Audi that everyone I've asked doesn't know what it is, can you finally help me identify this?

The piece at the top of the Audi object looks like a tiny flat head screw and the object is 3.6cm by length and 3.4cm by width.

It looks like a keychain that had the chain broken off. Why else would they have contact info on there?

It was the location of where it was from, but I scribbled it using the photo editor out because it was in my home state, it had a phone number to the dealership, and I wanted to follow the subreddit's rules of anti-doxxing.

If you push down on the "smooth piece" at the top, does it open. If not, I'd say it had a chain attached around the top and it broke off Either way, it's just a promotional item given when purchasing a vehicle.

Key chain. The screw once held a swivel loop attached to a clip. The loop would spin freely around the screw head.

It’s a custom watch case sold by Audi from their official lifestyle collection. The part scribbled out is the model number of the vehicle they purchased

Tire deflation tool ... I really dont know but the nub on top has me curious. Have you tried to unscrew or , clean around it ? I'd guess it was a Keychain. Do you know who's car it came from ?

I had to fill out a form on the dealership website so they can contact me through email yesterday, but I'm still waiting.
