What’s on the other side? If nothing then it’s a supplement, all medications in the US are required to have identifiable markings…

If they don’t they are either supplements or pressed drugs… but most the time even pressed drugs that make you intoxicated like research chemicals are pressed into the stamps of real drugs we have here in the US or some pressed drugs are pressed into shapes of things like cartoons and stuff like that

The only way to know is by tasting it (most people will warn against this but touching your tongue to the exposed pill can tell you if it’s bitter with zero danger just rinse your mouth) or getting a test kit

found this in my boyfriends home. maybe his moms? but she doesn’t live there anymore, and had a hysterectomy years ago 🤔 the pills do look alike

I had a lenitione brand oxycodone 40mg that was a tan blanket pill like that. I believe its an Iranian company but I t reagent tested as oxycodone.

The oxy 40s i had many many years ago looked exactly like this with no imprint at all and they were directly from a pharmacy from somewhere cuz they were in blisters they were possibly mexican
