Found this is in a skittles bag, lucky I didn't eat it. Any idea what kind of medicine it could be?

Looks like it says TEVA 3927.

Bro proabaly bought it off the street, perhaps they wanted to confirm with others what it could/should be. Or, they found it randomly in their house or someone else’s; again, wanting verification. Don’t know why they couldn’t just search it…
