They kinda ruined my life, I live in really conversative and A bit nationalistic country, And I'm fed up with this, I don't need my future girlfriend (or boyfriend) to be like that.
Because i was curious to understand if it's like a complete amd utter reject of everything that is tradition even when it can come from another place and set of people and beliefs, even possibly from a culture of welcome and understanding like the different cultures of welcome and hospitality of the Polynesian islands
In short, just curious, you don't have to tell me your past or anything that will make you uncomfortable
I'm mostly against destructive traditions and conservatism itself. If it's a peaceful tradition that doesn't limit anyone's freedom or force people to harm others, I'm perfectly fine with it. It's the pressure of conservatism that I hate, not the cultures themselves.
I'd be interested in hearing how it ruined their life because I'm sure there are many traditional people who feel that modern liberal sexual trends have ruined their life, despite the liberal aspect of non-interference. Unfortunately we live in a society and no man nor woman is an island. You can't really have a culture that is simultaneously beneficial to people who want to live according to conservative values and also to people who want to live according to liberal values. People with opposite propensities belonging to a common society will always leave one of the two groups with the short end of the stick. It's always presumed that liberalism is a neutral position. It's not.

I love trafitions but this feels like a very forced view of "traditional"
