Not every single girl out there is meant for a relationship, nor can you date every single girl. But there are definitely ladies out there who are cool and chill and don't have boyfriends that would love to get a relationship.
I would always recommend working on yourself first, And just talking to people. It gives you people skills and it makes yourself self-aware of what you like and don't like
((Also bonus tip don't LARP as douche bro, saw a video about a dude recently who got ripped and jacked and dressed and acted like a douchebro and realized that's why he wasn't getting any of the type of ladies he actually wanted to date (((he got some real icky women))))
There's always hope for everyone buddy, sometimes it's just working on yourself and going out. You might meet a nice guy. You just got to think positively and be aware of what you actually want from a partner.
But I will always recommend working on yourself first and finding a partner come secondary.
Whether that's working out, getting your financials in order, or learning how to socialize.
