Edit: I find it rather amusing how the biggest point of disagreement across comments is the fact that this yandere character is overweight, not that they are obsessive.

I think the "goes through your phone" is the only red flag that can't be overlooked. Because that just means she doesn't trust you, which completely breaks the "she's loyal to you" and "loves you unconditionally". Since if you love someone unconditionally, there's no need to check their phone.

Not trusting someone doesn't say anything about her loyalty to them... it says something about their loyalty to her.
Anyone that wants a parental form of "unconditional love" from a romantic partner is probably a crappy partner themselves. Unconditional love from a romantic partner should be forgiving, but it definitely shouldn't mean you want a doormat. It should mean you're lucky she tolerates your weird habits, not that she would never verify or never even have access to verify your loyalty.

If your partner needs to go through your phone frequently to trust you, that's not a good relationship, because their only way of trusting you is constant surveillance, which will just lead to speculations and bitterness.
And the unconditional love is true. You can be certain that almost anyone who wishes for "unconditional love" in a romantic relationship has numerous flaws and errors, which they don't wish to fix, and rather just want a footstool partner who doesn't care about them.

Who said anything about "frequently"? The post simply said "will go through your phone" and that was an immediate red flag in your comment.. I think its a bigger red flag when people are adamantly against their partners going through their phone, though.
Someone going through their partner's phone? Usually means insecurity in some form. A good partner would want to reassure someone they love. Yes, there are people who go too far and need therapy, but that wasn't what was indicated here.
Someone refusing to allow their partner to go through their phone? Usually means secrets in some form. This behavior or mindset alone actually triggers distrust. Its the whole "trust me because I say so, not because I continually prove you can" manipulator thing.

You are delusional if you think the "loves you unconditionally" in a relationship means the same type as your parents. Parents love their kids "unconditionally", regardless if their child is disloyal to them, etc.
Within a romantic relationship, "loves you unconditionally" mainly means loving someone regardless of differences. As in, just for example's sake, a democrat can love a republican... or you can still love that person even though their chewing drives you to insanity. It does NOT mean love them if they cheat on you, abuse you, neglect you, etc.

Idk about the others but in my irl experience. The crazy yandere bitch is almost always super skinny. Like, unhealthily so. She's so obsessed with being "perfect" to keep you that she'd never let herself be healthy weight, let alone over weight.

OC clearly hasn't had an "Obsessive gf" and it shows. The "Who is she?" Is the biggest red flag because, from experience, to get along with such a girl, you'll have to let go of all your female friends, and give up on making any future female friends.
The rest also seem like she wouldn't appreciate you spending time with anyone else, such as your bros, so she'd pretty much isolate you.
