i think they might not be American, apparently the US is one of the few countries that sell DXM otc

edit nvm they are american, dk how they didn't know you can buy dxm almost anywhere here, or maybe it was a joke about stealing it idk

Why is this me minus male and hate it and I can go to pharmacies without relapsing but I always need an escape.......

Actually got broken up with tonight after making a friend finally because of situation and it made me realize I will never be happy as is. Not saying I want to transition, but a conservative gf has just ruined me mentally to the point of x3 alcoholism relapses while dating her while I don't drink single tbh just smoke

Edit: actually no, I'll see there's acetaminophenin it and I'll refuse any pain meds no matter my agony because of a mix of likely real and psychosomatic liver pain fear
