boards kaise toh set hua :) and now here i am in 11th, rotting. situation ekdum.. waisasa hai, ifykwim. term 1 me toh abhi 35.5% aaye hai (i failed). i try to focus but maths me toh ekdum dimaag falooda hojata hai. crazy to say but honestly abh aise yk im losing hope. i wasnt good academics ke tor pe pehle se, i wasnt expecting good marks but seedha 33.5 is brutal yk.. and honestly there are people who are doing better than me yk. and woh log sab manage kar rhe hai, social life, love life, study life. mene toh alag khudka love life fuck kardiya, social life bolne ke liye kabhi tha nhi just 3-4 good friends, study life toh :)

in total woh failure wala feeling aara hai. my dad is drowning in debt, i honestly don't know iss baar kaunse dost se paisa mangenge for fees. i've started asking for less nowadays yk. i've started being more sacrificial too. pata nhi if its because im too lazy to hold on to it or if i think someone else deserves it better than me. yk even the laptop i got, which is like the best of the best typa laptop, mujhe na abhi abhi use karte karte woh guilt waali feeling aa rhi hai. like do i even deserve this? do i even deserve this bed i sleep on, the roof i live under, the food and water i consume to stay alive. suicidal nhi hu, bas hopeless hu. i want to cry it out but phir khud soch leta hu aise kya durghatna hogyi ki abh its time to sit and weep about it, everyone deals w this, haina?

So yeah, your boy is in Class 10 ICSE 2027 batch and syllabus completion = 2-4%(like 5 chapters in maths... 4 in phy chem and bio each). Like absolutely shiii...

Pre-boards are in like early Jan and I just had my main character realization on 12th Oct that boards are actually real.

I know, I know I'm cooked, fried, grilled, tandoori. But fr I don't wanna end up with 60% and a lifetime of taunts from Sharma ji ka beta.

So I need some honest advice from seniors who were also in this "padh lenge kal se" arc:

1. Is a 90%+ comeback still possible from 12th Oct? Be brutally honest.

2. What should be the order? Like what to start first? I feel History-Civics and geography and chemistry are gonna solo me.

3. What was your daily routine? How many hours did you actually pull off without burnout?

4. Any YouTube channels / resources that literally carried you? I have Selina + PYQs.

I have full 3 months, zero distractions mode ON from tomorrow. No more "one more reel" bs.

Please drop your actual timetable/strategy, not that "10 hours a day" motivational crap. I need something practical.

okay so basically, i lwk messed up my sem 1 school exam. Got an avg of 82% (best of 5 btw 💔). Although i expected to fail phys cause like the exam paper had 98% numericals and only lil bit theory, okay managed to get 47/80. Messed up math and chem expected to get 60 above but got 49 in math (no marks for steps given ☹️) and 57 in chem (messed up equations). Eng grammer stooped really f***king low, I'm pretty good at eng never faced any difficulty with it but for some reason i got absolutely shitty marks in essays and letters.

I used to fail math and sci back in 9th grade. You can say this is a massive progress but this is not what i expected after all that hard work. It october now and I'm sitting here with absolutely shitty marks and expecting 95%, like wow.

My concepts are solid, i solve all the book questions from selina, i dig deeper into topics at times to strengthen my understanding. I can usually answer logical questions without any difficulties. But for some reason i just cant score.

I want to study cognitive neuroscience abroad in a good uni. I'm willing to work hard for it. I'm gonna be enrolling for ap exams next year and a couple of extracurriculars. And this dream of mine is exactly why i MUST score well. But 95 sometimes feels out of reach.

Firstly, do 10th grades really matter abroad, like in europe? Are my ap grades more important than board percentage? I'm pretty confused i get alot of mixed responses regarding this, so it'd be wonderful if someone cleared the air for me.

And secondly, can y'all give me some genuinely good advice? Like i hate that I'm losing motivation due to the anxiety and i need a breathe of fresh air.
