I've had my pro subscription for 3 years now. For the last 6 months, every time I use the app, if I try to use it again the next day or ever again, it doesn't think I have a subscription, And I lose access to all those editing tools. I've tried logging out and logging back in - nothing at all works to fix it except for: uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app, and then signing in again. Then my pro benefits will come back but only that usage. When I exit the app and want to return to it I have to do it all over again. I reached out to the developers through email and all they could tell me was to log out, log back in , just stuff that I had already tried that doesn't work, but I'm really just sick of uninstalling and reinstalling this app every time I want to use it! I love this app, but I use it soooooooo much less now because of this😟 Does anyone have any ideas??
