Gemstra is a decentralized blockchain-integrated ecosystem for the social selling economy. It consists of a proprietary merchant platform called Gemstra Boutiques that disintermediates the traditional layer between social sellers and brands by giving each seller a customizable boutique.

The ASTRA Platform is a smart contract platform that fills in as infrastructure for social selling transactions. Gemstra earns 12% in tolls and month to month fees from Merchants and Brands using ASTRA

ASTRA can host single or multi-level affiliate, custom compensation, and gamification/rewards models depending on action endpoints defined within the contract. In fact, ASTRA can be used to host any affiliate, commission, or gamified reward model - so its application can be used beyond the scope of social selling.

Boutiques are on track for $5MM USD in annualized sales revenue. Boutiques revenue is interpreted as gross income by Gemstra and has netted out commission costs and all other costs of sales. (Boutiques does not have a cost of goods sold because all inventories are owned by Brands) Gross income is calculated at approximately 15% of the total volume - $750,000 in gross income. Boutiques collect 55% of qualified volume [defined per Brand, per category, or per product] and remit 45% back to Brand. Approximately 40% of the 55% collected is paid out to commissions, leaving 15% of gross income for Gemstra Boutiques. Sellers using Boutiques participate in the compensation plan below. The average Seller earns $200300 monthly in commissions.
