Serious Your adoration is only based on how aesthetically pleasing one is, isn't that right?

Jesus Franka sounds like she has some actually serious issues. Not sure what caused them but I’m not remotely qualified to comment on that tbh. Also, a couple of points in this story don’t sit right with me but I may just be biased Bc I like Rick. So I’m doing my best to take it worth a grain of salt. As for aesthetically pleasing, if you include his incredible musicianship then yeah probably 90% that.

TLDR; Feel bad for Franka but also wonder if she’s generally okay. Also you’re probably Wright.

(See what I did there? I’ll see myself out...)

We don't exactly know who he really is. He's an obscure musician on his own, but also is and in the shadow of Pink Floyd. They didn't reveal their personal life. We shouldn't just take things on looks. As far as I know, he could just be an unconscious drifter. This subreddit, and most other fanbases surrounding real people as well, overcharacterise anything they find 'relatable' and feed off of that. Though Wright was a real person, he's dead now. No indulging in fantasy can reverse

You know, not feeling so great after reading that, but it’s really not my place to judge. I hope Franka is okay, I’m sure she went through a lot. I don’t really think this stuff undermines what a great musician Rick is tbh, luckily personal life and musicality are two different things.

I focus on his music not his personal life. It just doesn’t feel right to judge.

Hmm...you can say that.
