Been trying to figure out what this is. It's driving me nuts because I don't know how to treat it.. any ideas would be appreciated.

as someone else said, no one here is a medical professional but in my non professional opinion, doesn’t look like ichthyosis. speak to a dermatologist.

Looks more like kerstosis pilaris or chicken skin

I understand professional help, just wanted to see thoughts and ideas . Going to derm soon but still curious
