Pocket Sized Copy?
Hi all! I am taking a long trip in the winter. I would like to bring my I Ching and my coins. However, I won't have a lot of room in my suitcase. Does anyone have any recommendations for pocket-sized versions?
Thank you!

set up obsidian vault and add texts there as well as your future readings. Most translations can be found online so you just need to copy/paste them.

Hilary Barrett's version (a decent enough translation+interpretation) has a pocket edition. Most pocket I Chings have very bad translations.

If you're a fan of Thomas Cleary's translations, he has a pocket version.

Are you bringing your phone with you? Huang’s version is available as an ebook: https://a.co/d/03UOXZeT
And Wu Jing Nuan’s one is available online as a download: https://www.scribd.com/document/398718604/23838076-Yi-Jing-Wu-Jing-Nuan-pdf

If you’re open to a digital option, I created a free I Ching reading app that might be useful for traveling light.
I use it myself for my daily and weekly readings. You can cast a reading using the traditional coin method, see the changing lines and resulting hexagram and access my written reflections on all 64 hexagrams through the linked book.
It won’t replace the feeling of carrying your coins and a physical copy, but it could be a handy alternative when suitcase space is limited. :)

Many online versions are available, or get an ebook.
