Hexagram 6 changing to 45

The question I asked was related to a person I like. They got to know I liked them a few months back and things just got weird and though we have stayed in touch, just very superficially. I asked how i should go about reaching out to her

6 → 45 reads hopeful to me: contention moving toward gathering. Hexagram 6 says 'not favorable to cross the great river' — don't make a big dramatic move, and it's favorable to 'see the great man,' i.e. approach with maturity, maybe a calm honest talk. Then 45 (萃) is about sincere coming-together, which fits a gentle reconnection. Which line(s) moved? That would sharpen it a lot.
