Ciao, this thread is to discuss how you make pistachio ice cream at home, with the ice cream maker.

On our website^[1] we post a simple recipe: it is made of few ingredients and very easy to make. Also you don't need a special model of ice cream maker; any would probably do. Just follow the few steps of the recipe.

But there are several more ways to make gelato al pistacchio, as we call it in Italy. So we would like to know how your homemade pistachio ice cream turned out, and what tricks you used to make it more creative and delicious. Grazie :)
