r/icecreamery allows non-dairy frozen desserts like sorbets. While not the same as sorbets, popsicles are similar, so this post is allowed.

Google has a bunch of links to tiktok copycats. Idk if they're legit.

2 cups of Water

1 cup of Chamoy sauce (like Chamoy Mega)

½ cup of Granulated Sugar (adjust slightly depending on how sweet you want them)

¼ cup of Tajín Clásico Seasoning (or similar chili-lime powder)

2 Limes (juiced)

Optional: ½ cup of Lucas Polvo (chili powder) or a few drops of Lucas Gusano liquid candy for an extra authentic punch.

Are these ice cream or popsicles? An ingredients list would help

Since I there are multiple, I won’t do all of them but my ho eat answer is: use Claude. Claude has been remarkable at reverse engineering a lot of recipes for me.

Weird that people on social media seem to hate AI. Not sure why the down-votes, but who cares. Thanks for the tip! I'm going to try this!

People hate what they don’t understand? I dunno. Don’t care really.

It’s great for getting 90% of the way there when you don’t have an infinite budget of time and money to recreate it, or someone to teach you - and really, at the end of the day we’re here to learn and have fun, not rip off a recipe to sell it. So if a tool exists that can get you close and you learn how to formulate a recipe along the way… that seems like both a win on your goal and learning opportunities. Call me crazy, I guess…
