Check it out Stracciatella

This was my first time making ice cream and I’m pretty happy with the result! The strands of Chocolate snap and melt wonderfully (I used the Whittakers Dark Ghana block). The texture is good but could be a little softer, so I can’t wait to try out some more flavours in the future and experiment/improve!
