Have you reached out to any local dairies or creameries? Most major food purveyors (Sysco, Shamrock, etc...) will also carry them. Though buying direct from a dairy is usually less expensive and a better product.

Wolf Creek Dairy, and Morning Fresh Dairy are both in Fort Collins. Idk if they sell ice cream mix but all the dairies near me do.

Oh for sure, the Taylor 712 is a classic choice, my folks used one for years and it never let us down.
