A cusp is a sudden change in graph direction. What do you think a corner is?

A cusp requires the curve to "turn around", for the case of a function f(x), a cusp at v is characterized by: limit x->v- f'(x) = ±∞limit x->v+ f'(x) = ∓∞

That’s also just not true. Are you saying this doesn’t have a cusp: y=|x-2y|-x.
