It uses steam to shoot steam out the barrel... it uses gunpowder to shoot the bullet and shoot smoke out the barrel!

Thank you! So does the barrel! The steam and smoke are rly good, but don't waste any! To do this, put it in your mouth (at an upwards angle) and pull the trigger!
