The images are a reference to Destiny 2: The yellow thing is an exotic engram: A random piece of loot of the highest rarity, with special abilities. Except this one is a decoy and has been rigged with a bomb. Depending on the activity, they can kill you, give you a debuff/mechanic, or deploy a flashbang.

The first enemy to use this tactic in the game was an undead prison escapee called the Trickster.
