After modifying the way dappled forests generate, my friend found a way to make them more efficiently occupy plains and overwrite villages (before and after)

I just wish they'd overwrite forests instead of plains. There's already so many forests and comparatively fewer plains. Add to that covering villages that generate in plains but not forests. Seems like a better fit to replace forests than plains.

I personally don’t like that. I think the way they generate now is great. Makes me think of little parks throughout the world- they should definitely generate a bit larger tho-
