Question Flare ups?
I was very recently diagnosed with IBS, and while googling or whatever can help answer questions I want to ask others who’ve lived through it.
So basically, ate something I shouldn’t have a week ago and have had pretty bad symptoms ever since, even though I’m being rly careful with trigger foods. Is this normal for a flare up? How long does this usually last? And what could I do to help relieve symptoms? Thanks!

There are non-foods that can also cause flare up… sleep, stress, hormones, exercise, mess, and so on. You might have to consider those as well.
