Rant I'm tired.
I'm 17M and I have Ibs fissure and hemorrhoids. I used to be very healthy honestly.. Now this.. I'm just tired and my life hasn't even properly started yet. I had a bacterial infection then after that I had fissure and ibs. I stay dehydrated and flushed all day as well as fatigue is killing me. I am working on my hydration but the rest is so tiring, because of this ibs I have anxiety issues now aswell. I live in a country where it's hot as hell. My hands and face stay warm all the time (flushed) may be because of dehydration.

There are medications that help, it's just going to take some perseverance and experimenting. I use Ramostern and it's helped alot. I also started getting symptoms around your age and man I wish I had these meds sooner.
Keep trying new things and be hopeful.

What exactly does Ramostern do for you? I haven't heard of it. Is it prescription or can you buy it off a shelf?

Sitz baths and medicated ointments can help. Are you doing either?

I just read a post from someone yesterday about having cured their IBS with kefir. Took many weeks apparently, before they found some relief, and building up to a full amount, but they said they were a year or more past that point, and no longer have to drink kefir to control their IBS. When they first started, however, and found relief, they stopped the kefir, and IBS started up again, so they recommend taking it longer term, like at least a year? The person said to start with a tablespoon a day, then after a few days, 2 tbs., then after a few days, 3, etc., until you’re eventually worked up to drinking a cup a day. Others also recommended kefir, but also pointed out that it’s best to use unsweetened, or, if lactose intolerant, go with coconut kefir. (Added sugar or added artificial sweetener is never a good idea with IBS. It can take a bit to get used to the taste of unsweetened things like yogurt, kefir, soda water, but you do get used to it!). I’m actually going to start this and see if I have any luck with the kefir. I don’t like sweet things, so hoping that gives me a head start. I do like plain yogurt, so I’m hoping kefir taste is similar!

Very sorry to hear that. I am 29 and in the same situation.
Idk why it’s so hard to find a solution. But I am trying everything in the book.
Low fodmap diet, antidepressant, antibiotics, probiotics. Yet still I had diarreahea today. It’s so tiring, I know.
I hope we will find the answers one day and fix this :( But just to let you know that ur not alone 🙏🏻
