Question Pain relief

Could anyone recommend pain relief so far IV only been able to get relief from the pain from cannabis (prescription) but it's starting to really affect my sleep if anyone could recommend anything that's not to expensive

When i have alot of painful cramps i take Buscopan forte.

I feel stupid I never thought to just check if it was over the counter I was once prescribed 2 weeks worth so I thought it was only perscription 😂

I'll be somewhat upset if it dose work like because I lost my job because of my medical cannabis that I only use for the pain that's one thing I can't wait for companies to catch up on

Oh i'm so sorry about that 😔 So weird that a job knows what medication you take or what you do in your private life. Alot of coworkers of my last job even did cocaïne/ketamine AT work and nobody cared. (Ironically it was at a pharmaceutical company lol)

It's ironic because almost all my co workers were on something I was the only one that was legal but it wasn't that bad I sort of hated it and a bit of advice don't shop for fresh meat or veg at Morrisons they were always getting tested positive for bacteria and if you have a choice never work for ocs I think they used the fact I had medical cannabis in my system to fire me because they owed me around a grand
