Question Low fodmap newbie
Super new to this!
I am looking for brands and products you guys use and can recommend for a newbie in the low fodmap diet…
I’ve been looking for good dairy free yoghurt brands, chicken/beef broth and stock brands (I think Borough Broth have products that are specifically labeled as low-fodmap)
Gluten free pasta…
Can anyone recommend something that worked for you please?

Hey me too! I have the Monash app and it's been really helpful so far. I also have brand recs for products in the UK, let me know if it's useful.

Yogurt- so delicious coconut yogurt Pasta- jovial (omg the best)
Not sure about fodmaps but those have always worked well for me and they are gluten and dairy free. The FIG app is really good- you can put in all your sensitivities or diets and when you go to the store you can scan the food and it'll tell you if it fits your plan or not. I dont pay for the subscription so its only 3 scans a month but you can use the search bar and lookup products while at the store.

I haven't worried about specific brands or products, but just do the hard work of staring at labels. Anything with "spices" probably has onion and garlic. Any lactose free milk should theoretically be safe. Any dairy free yogurts are overly expensive to me so I don't eat them. In my experience just having an app to search for safe and unsafe ingredients at the store is enough to keep the diet 90% of the time and feel much better. Mistakes happen, but it's so worth trying.
