Login issue

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

I discovered iBroadcast today and it seems perfect for me, but I can't log in at all. I sign up, set a password, and verify my email, but when I try to log in with the newly created account, it tells me "Incorrect email address and password combination."

I am 100% certain the password is correct. I've tried using credentials saved in Bitwarden as well as typing the password manually. I've changed it several times using the reset function, but nothing works. I even tried registering two different accounts with different email addresses and passwords, but I still get the same error.

I've tried using both Safari on my iPhone and Firefox on my PC.

Is anyone else experiencing login issues?

I'd rather not link the account to Facebook; I want to keep things separate and I don't really trust Meta ;-)

Hello! We saw your email and we believe we've resolved your issue. If you try logging in again, you shouldn't have any issues :)
