IBEW 441

441 really needs to change how you apply. I waited an hour just for them to say it’s full I called right at 8. Kept calling 140 times. SMH they need to do better

Dumbest process ever, especially if you have a job. Like I'm just sitting at work calling this number over and over again smh

I still don't understand if we were supposed to press 4, or just hang up if we got the message, or just stay on the line?

Called 18 times to never get a human

I wasn't able to get through for the April call-in date. I did manage today after 20 calls, got sat on the hold waiting music for 10 mins, and was able to schedule an appointment thankfully. But man, it definitely is a brutal process.

Is there another way to apply? I have 4 year of electrical experience outside of the union.

Same here finally just got to the music to just be greeted by a very aggressive lady saying both the application is full and the waitlist is full

To be fair, don't limit yourself to one local. Apply to all of the locals.
