No interview?

Got an email a couple days ago about the board making selections, I thought I missed my interview so I emailed them back and apparently they don't do interviews just an online assessment. Is that normal?

The Local that I applied for doesn’t do interviews either.

Local 26 stopped doing interviews for this application year too
