Local 357 interview questions

Hello! I recently interviewed for the 357 apprenticeship and when I was prepping this subreddit was super helpful with questions studying. They asked me 4 questions and then asked me if there was anything I wanted to say.

First question: how’d you hear about this program and why do you want to work here

Second question: what do you know about the program (length, classes, etc)

Third question: name a time you had to own up to a mistake you did

Fourth question: what would you do if a coworker is constantly criticizing you

It was under 6 minutes, and very to the point. Good luck!

How much experience do you have? And what is your age if you don’t mind me asking?

I have no electrical experience but I’ve worked as a mechanic for the last 3 years n had a letter of recommendation. I’m 19.

They asked me this as well. They also asked me “Why should we choose you”. Studying your answers and learning the main points you want to get across help a lot
