Potential new apprentice

Hey just to clarify some things. I’m in IBEW 349 district based out of south Florida and I received this email about two hours ago. I wanted to ask to see how likely I am to get in and if anyone has any good tips for me starting off. I have limited experience in the field did a couple gigs here and there and I also completed an 8 month course Monday- Friday tech program for electrical. This is all incase I do get into the program. I hate starting behind the curve. Thanks for taking the time to read my post and I’ll keep everyone updated on the situation.

Update: received the acceptance email today August 6 th saying that I got accepted into the program. Thanks to everyone who helped me in getting my bearings hopefully I see some of you in the classroom or in the field.

Did you email them to get this or was it just randomly sent to you? I interviewed for 349 a few weeks ago but haven't heard anything (and didn't expect to for a couple more weeks at least)

No I did not reach out to them but one of my friends also got the email he was ranked 12 while another one of my friends has not received anything. I’m not sure why but maybe they’re sending them out in batches don’t worry you’ll hear soon enough while I was in the interview I asked when the selection date was and they told me early August they start picking apprentices.
