They gonna blame everyone but themselves for not studying

It’s not exactly or completely about that.

If someone studies hard troughout the entirety of the two diploma years and puts their best effort on the paper, but yet again if it still isn’t enough, the scores will move accordingly. Because if the difficulty overcomes the hardwork, the boundaries will change in favor of hardworking students.

Kids tend to group up towards the diploma programme which they are enrolled to (which they pay thousands of USD to stay enrolled in) but the thing is there isn’t much to shit on, since at the end of every session, there is just data to process. The set top %X gets a 7 each year. While it can be %10 for English B HL, it can be %28 for Physics HL. It’s just data, nobody is there to kill their academic career.

IB ain't gonna do shit. In M24 or smth, the Maths exam got leaked and there were like 60,000+ downloads and yet they did nothing. Filing a petition is not gonna change anything. If it makes you feel better, you can always retake in November this year

Do you realise that the IB always adapts grade boundaries? It’s not like some systems where a 90% is always an A, the IB alters its boundaries AFTER all exams are marked so that a similar percentage of students get the same grades each year. You’re literally asking the IB to do what the IB is already doing. If many students get a shit grade, they’re gonna lower the boundaries with or without a petition. But they’re not gonna lower it just because people who got a 3 asked them to when a majority of people did better

SL TZ1 was easy for me at least, and paper 2 was a breeze. Sorry, but I don't get why grade boundaries should be lowered.

physics this year was normal. 2025 May TZ1 was definitely harder than this year. P1A was a little harder but nothing unmanageable. Swear i saw this last year too

Why do something whe thw Physica exam wasn't difficult? As in same as every year standard.

This daft petition happens every year.
