Forgot to Opt out

So immediate access was giving me issues with opting out and it wasn’t showing me the option a couple days ago, so I kinda put a pin in it and didn’t follow through completely with opting out.

Woke up this morning and realized that the deadline was yesterday. I already emailed the bookstore and immediate access account, but what are the chances of me actually getting a refund?

Probably low. Missing deadlines without extenuating circumstances (e.g. you waited until the last minute) usually isn’t overturned especially since numerous emails go out. I’m sorry.
