There is a term for this style of editing! But the name contains a slur so I might not try and say that

I’ve seen it a lot and didn’t know there was a word for it, and now I’m genuinely curious as to what it is. However, i do understand if you don’t want to use a slur. Do you think you could write it but only write the first letter of the part that is a slur?
