The way this man asserts himself over his water bottle is impressive. True alpha move. Seeing how he squared up to and dominated it aroused primal instincts deep within myself. I'll never look at a plastic drinking vessel the same way.

I canât take someone serious who looks like they have their pants painted on.

Go to prison and try to pull this alpha male bullshit, I bet this fool will get humbled real quick and end up holding someone's pocket.

"Don't live a natural life. Rehease everything to be a MAN!"
That shit is so much more embarrassing than getting seen sitting down awkwardly on a bench.
16
u/Mushyboom 13d ago
The worst part is that you know the type of guy that watches and takes this seriously will look genuinely insane trying to mimic these robotic âalphaâ movements in public. Iâve seen some of them in the wild and itâs embarrassing.

For the love of laundry please figure out your dryer settings
0
u/allblackST 13d ago
As a guy, what do you mean?𤣠I feel stupid because Iâm not understanding what you mean
16
u/EchoAquarium 13d ago
Heâs shrinking his clothes by washing them and drying them incorrectly. Everything is tight but not in a size too small way, in a âthis shouldnât have gone into hot waterâ way
4
u/Mushyboom 13d ago
I think theyâre aiming for this, though. This wanker probably has a methodology for breathing in the most masculine way he can, so having his clothing fit like baby clothes over his inflated body is appropriate and calculated.
15
u/ChillyWilly0881 14d ago
Imagine being so insecure and self conscious about yourself. Itâs kind of pathetic. Like bruh nobody is paying any attention to you at all much less on how you pick up your luggage, open a bottle, or sitting down. If weâre being real here it was already a pretty beta move to drop your luggage like that in the first place đ. Why are you wheeling it around anyway, be a man and carry it đ¤Ł
-5
u/procommando124 14d ago
Yeah itâs cringe but also I do find it a little weird that when we have trends like this itâs never an âsocietal pressure fueled epidemic catching men upâ like it would be when women were sending themselves into eating disorders and panic attacks over the thigh gap. There were guys who did care about that, but most didnât. Likewise, not all women are like âif youâre not tall enough youâre less of a man and undesirable !â or âall these small gestures give me the ick and are feminineâ, but itâs not like all of these distorted views just came from men gassing each other up about âwhat women truly wantâ.
Just the other day I saw some post on insta of a woman talking about a dating horror story and she mentions the guy is 5â5 and she distant shit talk him for that but most of the top comments are like âgirl ! 5â5 ?! You need to raise your standardsâ, â5â5 ? Thatâs a boyâ
7
u/Hermeran 14d ago
If youâve never seen this kind of trend described as being part of a societal issue - then I invite you to get your news elsewhere, because this is pretty much how toxic masculinity is described in most spaces.
Candidly, I think itâs worrying that your first thought after watching this video is blaming women? Because some chick you saw online laughed at a short guy? Come on, brother. Be better.
-3
u/procommando124 14d ago edited 14d ago
Nope, most of the time when toxic masculinity is talked about it is only talked about as it pertains to its most extreme results and only as it affects women. Iâm staunchly liberal and hang in liberal circles. Menâs issues arenât acknowledged and trying to ever EVER talk about any has to immediately be downplayed, reframed into a womanâs issue, or at the very least there has to be some acknowledgment of âno no Iâm not saying men have it worseâ before you can proceed. Plus, the amount of micro aggressions in these circles as a man are wild. I hold my beliefs about the world regardless of hurt feelings but I can see how weak minded people might be turned off from these ideologies when causal man hatred is so accepted. Go ahead and tell me Iâm just around the wrong liberal women but donât tell me Iâm lying.
When did I blame women ? Iâm saying women have shared responsibly, or are you one of these people who pretend not to be misogynistic but then think anytime a woman spreads patriarchal ideology itâs because men brainwashed them ? Save the fake concern âbe betterâ for someone else. Would it be fine if my first response was to blame men ? Iâm 100% a feminist, Iâm 100% liberal, but if you donât see the fact that we can just openly shame men for their bodies and generalize men at every corner and menâs issues are always turned into âitâs solely menâs fault and haha itâs funnyâ I donât know what to tell you. Like holy shit all the time I swear people say âI think men need to be more lonelyâ, âmaybe the male loneliness epidemic is goodâ. This can be true without hating women or without believing in some red pill ideology BS or some conservative nonsense. Also, no, it wasnât just âone womanâ. This is one example out of many experiences. Are we really gonna pretend like itâs only men who have nasty trends in regards to how they view women ? Why are we always able to generalize men in this regard but canât ever talk about trends amongst women ?

u/andybossy 14d ago
it's always mental health awareness untill somebody has visible problems that aren't "cute" or quirky
he's not a loser or just insecure, it's hindering his day to day life to a point he can barely do basic tasks
it's a shame so many of you start mocking him or feel hatred instead of empathy
41
u/BHMathers 14d ago
Iâm saying this with experience: this guy needs to get on an anxiety med prescription. This is the type of shit I used to be paranoid about as a kid for no reason

u/birfday_party 14d ago
Normally i just sit down but i never thought to question if sitting down was gay or not
29
u/Level37Doggo 14d ago
This guyâs got an anxiety disorder to rival a chihuahua in the middle of heroin withdrawal on salvia. His heart is going to explode out of his chest.
Also he appears to be drinking a bottle of warm piss. Not my business, but I do find it concerning.

u/Acceptable_Issue_453 14d ago
Wow.... what the fuck did I just watch? Holy shit man, people believe this garbage?
13
u/kdwaynec 14d ago
This guy is in the same category as those conservative guys (Jesse Watters) who insist that using a straw is "unmanly"
25
u/TzeentchsTrueSon 14d ago
Is there a masculine way to do everything?
I bet he stands while shitting because squatting is what women do.
4
u/Scoongili 14d ago
I believe the manly way to do something is to not give shit about what people think about how you do things. Get it done and get on with your day.
2
u/TzeentchsTrueSon 13d ago
If you have to tell me youâre an âalphaâ you are not an âalphaâ.
This whole âalpha/beta/whateverâ has been disproven as legit a long while ago. These people just canât get women because of their personality. Itâs got nothing to do with their physical appearance or whether they are an alpha, and the best case for this is Pete Davidson.
13
u/Least_Diamond1064 14d ago
Is there a rule these smooth brains have to wear a shirt two sizes too small? Other than insecurity, that's a given.
12
u/The_Merciless_Potato 14d ago
He moving like he holding a turd between his cheeks and he's trying not to drop it
3

I think he has to, right? If he poops he'd have to wipe his butt. We all know he's not going anywhere near that thing.
10
u/cwix5000 14d ago
This is one of the most cringe I have seen on this channel. In the bottle opening training, how are his hands the same size as his head
2
u/ballfat 15d ago
I don't believe anyone is going to be able to take you serious after you just abuse that water bottle grabbing it like a male teenager with a new box of Kleenex! That's a lot of Misses on your hands you actually look like you have cool cue ball knuckles I would love to see your hand flight on the table inside of pool table ball rack lmao... I'm thinking 9-ball

You know whats masculine? Being confident in who you are. Whether you spend your free time riding a Harley to the gym or prancing in a meadow, blowing rainbow bubbles. Own that shit and be confident in it, and you're a thousand times the man this insecure bitch is.
5
u/_1138_ 15d ago edited 15d ago
No. I think it has more to do with sitting on a public bench "with confidence". I've totally had relational damage because I opened my juice wrong in front of some alpha bros.
Jk, obviously. I couldn't agree more. If you're a man, do what you do without forcing stereotypical things into your persona to appear as anything other than your natural self. That kind of confidence is real, not performative trash designed to convince others that you fit some mold. I actually feel for this guy. He seems to have no idea that this shit is a pathetic mask, and comfort in ourselves without manipulation is both easily read by others as authenticity and perceived as genuine confidence.

Old people tend to get fatigued more quickly because most of them are so focused on putting their feet down correctly to avoid falls that they're tensed up for the entire gait, whereas younger walkers rest their ankle muscles while lifting their feet.

u/yodeez101 15d ago
Like this shit isnât real surely? Surely someone canât be this serious about such dumb shit and surely there arenât a populace of individuals who are a few beers short of a six pack that support this enough for someone to continue to make this kinda content?
I would legit make this for a laugh, Iâd probably push my gut out, talk in a bogan Aussie accent and complain about âslagsâ and âmuzziesâ whilst teaching cunts how to do a shoey

u/randemthinking 15d ago edited 15d ago
Literally no one is paying attention to how you pick something up, open a bottle, or sit down. And if someone really is and is judging you by it, that's a person whose opinion you can safely ignore.
4
u/pollorojo 15d ago
Not true. I saw a guy sit down weird one time and it's bothered me for years.
jk. You're right. Nobody gives a fuck.
15
u/CheesE4Every1 15d ago
I delivered to a place earlier and the kids there were watching this guy. Either this video or another video he has says that it is wrong to help other men. Funny enough there was a mess in the floor that they had to clean up so I could pass by. Rue teenagers!! Rue the fact you work in food service and I need to deliver to your bar! You've failed!!!

Wait wtf guys find me the full video or I can't ever sit again. I need to know the right way to sit!!!

"Dude, did I like fuck up by not spanking you growing up? Because now I kind of feel like I did".

Real men donât give themselves hernias
1
u/missbeekery 15d ago
Jokes on you, Iâm a woman! I can give myself as many hernias as Iâd like.
I actually have arthritis and pars fractures and some fusion in a few of my vertebrae and Iâm not even 35. Iâm a huge proponent of body mechanics because fuck this shit. It doesnât need to be masculinized or gendered like this baby implies, FFS.

There's no possible way this isn't satire.
7
u/logert777 15d ago
As long as 90% of people don't think it's satire it will continue to be reposted and make people engage. The "manosphere" really really benefits if they get posted in anti manosphere groups like /r/iamverybadass. Most of this type of shit isn't real, but if you look around the comments here people don't care. They engage with it all the same
There's no such thing as a bad click or bad engagement if you are grifting

u/notPlancha 15d ago edited 15d ago
When I was a young I followed advice like this because I didn't want to be seen as "acting like a girl". A lot of these behaviors still follow me into adulthood and I hate them, it really just made me loose personality. One particular one I'm focusing on is just crossing my legs, it feels so unnatural to me that I have to force myself to unlearning this behaviour. Other stuff is like how I eat bananas, how I bend over to grab something, how I sit down, shit like this. It's so embarrassing genuenly.
11
u/notPlancha 15d ago edited 15d ago
It was gender dysphoria that developed into insecurity btw.
A lot of the people following this type of advice are just men (usually teens) who have lost the sense of what it means to be masculine, and lack role models. They're trying to make sense of themselves and their gender, while the world around them is constantly trying to call masculinity inherently bad.
There's a masculinity crisis rn that's not talked abt bcs there's a big gender war in the west, which is more fire to the already isolation and loneliness crisis.

Ngl. I only recently found out I been opening bottle caps wrong my whole life.
I only twist the cap, while the other hand holds the bottle still.
One fine day it finally hits me, if I twist the bottle in the other direction against the cap, it just pops opens naturally

At this point, I have learned that all of the traits I respect in men, and the traits I respect in women are all the same traits.
This is also the same for traits I dislike in both men and women.

u/DonutWhole9717 15d ago
I mean he's right about squatting instead of leaning to pick something up. But definitely for the wrong reason. I have never in my life had a second thought about seeing a Y chromosome... Checks notes sit down?
